  • No Refund: No refunds will be provided for:

    • No-shows

    • Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time

  • Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days from the time the cancellation request is approved.

  • The refund will be issued using the original payment method.
